Wouldn't it be great to have a simple road-map to guide you through the key steps to improving your law firm's pricing capability and overall profitability?

Most law firms view pricing as an inside act - where they set a price-point and then impose that price on clients. Yet, clients are not one-size-fits-all.

In fact, savvy inside counsel choose outside firms based on the fairness and predictability of their pricing.

This CLE will give you a structured, practical approach to addressing the complex pricing challenges faced in today's legal services. Ronald J. Baker, author of the bestselling book Implementing Value Pricing: A Radical Business Model for Professional Firms, will take you from setting the initial price, to negotiation, and delivery of services.
