Who speaks at a C4CM webinar?

Your webinar will have one or more presenters who are recognized experts on the topic. Conferences typically include a Q&A session; you can ask questions by phone or e-mail.

What does my registration include?

Your webinar registration includes:

  1. One online / telephone connection at one physical location
  2. Unlimited listeners from one online connection / call-in location

  5. Permission to distribute written materials to anyone listening at your location

Is the web presentation different than the written materials?

Both the web presentation and the written materials consist of the PowerPoint presentation as delivered by the speakers. The web presentation allows you to view the slides on your computer, while the written presentation is a downloadable PDF. The PDF includes speakers’ biographies, contact information and allows you to take notes on your printout.

Can I view both the web presentation and the written materials?

Yes, your registration allows you to have one connection to the web presentation, as well as download the written materials. You also have permission to distribute the written materials to others listening at your location.

What technology is required to view the web presentation?

Internet access is required. The web presentation is an online PowerPoint® presentation that the faculty will manipulate. You can access the web presentation through a link provided in your “My Account” page or in the event’s reminder email which is delivered 24 hours prior to the event’s start time.

I’m supposed to be attending a webinar today, but I don’t have my call information. What should I do?

Don’t panic! Your call information is housed in the My Account area of the site. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to My Live Webinars/Recordings. The event information is loaded in there 24 hours prior to the program start.

Alternatively, you can contact customer service on 877-900-C4CM (2426) and let them know you don’t have your information. They’ll provide you with the information verbally or via email, whichever you prefer.

Are continuing education credits available for the webinars?

Some webinars qualify for continuing education credits. If a webinar offers credits, it will be indicated in the event description. Continuing education credits must be requested through the post-event survey for record-keeping purposes. Some credits require that a test on the program’s content be taken and passed. Certificates will appear in the My Continuing Education area of My Account on our site.

You may request a certificate of attendance for all webinars. This is not affiliated with any continuing education credits or accrediting body, but you may submit it to the accrediting body of your choice to see if the event qualifies for credit.  C4CM makes no guarantee that you will receive credit for our events if we do not offer a specific CEU.

Credits and certificates are only available to the purchaser of the webinar.

What if I have multiple offices that want to listen in?

Please contact C4CM customer service on 877-900-C4CM or email service@C4CM.com to arrange a discount if you’d like to have multiple connections dial in to one webinar.

What if I am located overseas?

You may dial in from wherever you are. We have a toll-free number for the United States and Canada, and a toll number if you are elsewhere. When using the toll number, phone charges will apply and will appear on your bill.

How do I get the webinar information?

All registrants will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of registration.

24 hours prior to the webinar, all registrants will receive another email with the webinar telephone number and link to access the conference materials.

Additionally, your call information is housed in the My Account area of the site. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to My Live Webinars/Recordings. The event information is loaded in there 24 hours prior to the program start.

If you do not receive your email confirmation or reminder email, or are unable to log you’re your “My Account” page, please contact C4CM customer service on 877-900-C4CM or email service@C4CM.com.

What time zone are your events listed in?

All C4CM programs are listed on our site in Eastern Time. Please make a note of your time zone and adjust accordingly.

How do I access the webinar?

How do I access the reference materials?

Your reminder email, sent 24 hours prior to the start of the program, will include dial in instructions for the phone call, as well as instructions on how to access both the web presentation and the PDF file of the handout materials. This information is also available through your “My Account” page. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to My Live Webinars/Recordings. The event information is loaded in there 24 hours prior to the program start.

What if I can’t find my original confirmation email?

You do not need your original confirmation email to access the program. All the program information will be sent to you 24 hours prior the event start via email.  You can also access the program information via your “My Account” page. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to My Live Webinars/Recordings. The event information is loaded in there 24 hours prior to the program start. Alternatively, you can contact customer service via email at service@c4cm.com or phone on 877-900-C4CM 92426).

I got disconnected or we had to change phones, now what?

Please dial back in and you will be returned to the call.

What if I continue to experience technical problems during the webinar?

If the audio over the phone or the webcast are not working properly, please contact Infinite’s Customer Service for immediate assistance and trouble shooting.

How many listeners can we have on a webinar?

You can have an unlimited number of listeners on the webinar on one internet / telephone connection. We recommend that you set up a speakerphone in a conference room to make it easy for everyone to listen in.

How late can I register?

You can register up until the time the event begins. If you are registering one hour or less before the start of the program, we recommend that you call in to register to ensure that you receive the dial in instructions promptly.

I don’t see the topic I'm interested in listed. Does that mean you don’t offer it?

If a topic isn’t listed, it is not in our current offerings. If you’d like to suggest a topic, please contact us here.

How do I ask the speaker questions during the webinar?

If you are logged on to the webcast of the event, you can send questions in through the chat feature. At the end of the presentation, the operator will instruct you on how to ask questions over the telephone lines as well.

How do I register multiple people for the same program?

If you'd like to register multiple people for the same event, please contact Customer Service via email and let us know what program you're interested in, how many lines you'd like and we will put together a custom quote for you.

What is your cancellation policy for webinars?

To cancel or modify your registration for an event, contact C4CM customer service at service@C4CM.com or call 877-900-C4CM no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the webinar for a full refund.

If later than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a CD of the webinar or a credit valid for one year. Your credit may be applied toward the purchase of any C4CM product or webinar. Should C4CM cancel a program, all fees will be refunded to the customer.

What is a C4CM on-demand webinar?

On-demand webinars are self-paced online programs recorded from a live webinar that allow you to earn continuing education credit at your convenience. Each program includes the downloadable PDF reference materials.

How long will I have access to my on-demand webinar?

You will have 90 days to access your on-demand webinar.

When will I receive access to my on-demand webinar?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately following your purchase. This email will contain a link to access the on-demand webinar as well as the downloadable materials.  This information is also available through your “My Account” page. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to On-Demand Webinars. Click on the on-demand webinar title you’ve purchased and the access information can be found there.

What if my on-demand webinar doesn’t function properly?

We apologize if you are experiencing technical difficulties. Your firewall may be blocking access to C4CM’s media server where the webinar file is hosted. Please have your IT team check to see if  streaming is being blocked.

If you are having trouble with the audio, check the volume levels on your computer, as well as on the program itself. If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@c4cm.com or 877-900-C4CM (2426).

I haven’t received my email to access my on-demand webinar. What should I do?

First, login to the My Account area located in the upper right corner of the C4CM website. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to On-Demand Webinars. Click on the on-demand webinar title you’ve purchased and the access information can be found there. Also, you should check with your IT department to ensure that communications from C4CM are able to get through.

Recordings

What is a C4CM recording?

A C4CM recording is a recording of a live webinar. The audio portion is available on a CD or MP3 file, and the visual presentation is downloaded from the web. All of our live webinars are available as a recording to offer you insight and training at a convenient time for you.

Why purchase a C4CM recording?

  1. Convenient: A recording of the event allows you – and other team members – to listen to the program according to your schedule.

When will I receive my recording?

CD and MP3 recordings are sent 7-10 business days after the event occurs. Upcoming events are marketed 3-4 weeks in advance of the event, so recording orders may be placed at that time. Please be aware, however, that the recordings cannot ship until after the event is held.

How do I receive my recording?

CD recordings will be mailed to you via USPS. MP3 recordings will be emailed to you at the email address you provided upon registration.

What if my recording arrives and it doesn’t work?

We apologize if you have received a faulty recording or broken recording. Please contact service@c4cm.com and a replacement will be sent out to you immediately.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

I haven’t received my recording. What should I do?

First, check the date of the event. If the event hasn’t happened yet, your recording will ship 7-10 business days after the program runs.
If the program has already been held, please contact C4CM at Service@c4cm.com or 877-900-C4CM (2426).

For mailed CDs, we will check our shipment tracking info and get back to you with what we find out.
Unfortunately, sometimes the packages just get lost in the mail. In that case, we apologize, and we’ll send you a new CD immediately.

For MP3 recordings, we will check your email address on file, and re-send. Also, you should check with your IT department to ensure that communications from C4CM are able to get through.

Reports

What is an in-depth report?

C4CM’s in-depth reports contain detailed, well researched information on a specific topic. They’re handy to have as a fingertip resource for when you need information fast. Our in-depth reports are available in two easily accessible formats: downloadable PDF and online as a flipbook. You will have unlimited access to the flipbook and can download and print up to 3 copies of the resource.

Can I download a copy of the report?

Yes, you can download a PDF copy of the report you purchased. You can download it 3 times.

I don’t want the report as a download. Can I have a book shipped to me?

Yes, professionally printed and bound copies are available at a higher price, plus shipping. Please contact C4CM’s customer service on service@c4cm.com to request pricing. Please indicate the product(s) you’re interested in, how many you’d like, and where they will ship to.

Can I print a C4CM report?

Yes, you can print reports you purchase. You are limited to 3 printouts of the report. If you require more, please contact customer service at service@c4cm.com to ask about reprint permissions.

Can I view the report on my screen?

Yes, reports are also available to view on screen in a flipbook format. This is not downloadable, but you may print from this format. Both formats are usually included with your purchase (flipbook and PDF).

eLearning

What is eLearning?

eLearning modules are courses delivered through your computer. They’re on-demand, so you can take the course at your convenience. C4CM’s eLearning courses are in-depth looks at specific topics, designed to give skills to handle challenges you face in the workplace.

 

What technical requirements are needed on my end?

Our elearning courses are HTML 5 and have the following requirements to view:

  • Windows: Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 4.1 and later

Do you offer Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits?

C4CM provides webinar attendees with CLE credit processing services. To expedite C4CM processing your CLE request, attendees must complete and submit the evaluation form available from C4CM at the conclusion of the webinar. It will be necessary to enter the following information: name of each attorney requesting CLEs with full contact information, including e-mail address, bar number, and the state in which the attorney wants credits. Each attorney requesting credits must submit an evaluation.

Please be advised C4CM webinars are subject to approval from each CLE issuing organization and approval is not guaranteed (state bar associations in Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania do not grant CLE credits for webinars). The approval process takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks for most organizations but can take as long as 3 - 4 months. You will be notified via e-mail with the final status of your CLE application.

Any person applying for CLE credits must attend the webinar from start to finish (attendance will be taken for compliance reasons). Requests for CLE credits must be received no later than two weeks following the conclusion of the webinar or live conference. CLE credits are not available for CD recordings.

Can additional listeners on a live webinar receive continuing education credit?

No, continuing education credits and certificates are only available to the purchaser of the webinar.

How do I get continuing education credit for attending a webinar?

Some credits require that a test on the program’s content be taken and passed. Continuing education credits and certificates are only available to the purchaser of the webinar. Certificates will appear in the My Continuing Education area of My Account on our site.

How do I obtain verification of attendance for reporting purposes?

If you need to show that you attended an event for reporting purposes, please contact the Continuing Education Department at service@c4cm.com to make this request. Include your name and the title and date of the event you attended.

Is partial continuing education credit available for an uncompleted program?

No, currently we do not offer partial continuing education credit for an uncompleted program.

I am unable to find the continuing education credit I am looking for. Does that mean you do not offer it?

If the event does not have the continuing education credit listed, we do not offer it for that program. You may request a certificate of attendance for any webinars. This is not affiliated with any continuing education credits or accrediting body, but you may submit it to the accrediting body of your choice to see if the event qualifies for credit.  C4CM makes no guarantee that you will receive credit for our events if we do not offer a specific CEU.

How do I know if a webinar qualifies for continuing education credit?

How do I receive a downloadable product?

You can access a downloadable product two ways. One, you will receive an email with a link to download the product. Two, this link to download the product is also available via your My Account section, under the relevant category. Recordings will be available under My Live Webinars/Recordings, and reports will be available under My Reports.

When will I receive my recording?

Policies, Payment Options, Customer Help

I can’t remember my login information to access the “My Account” page, now what?

Your username is the email address you used to create your account. If you can't remember your password, you can click the Forgot Your Password? link under the log in box and you will be prompted to create a new one. You can reach the log in screen by clicking the Login button in the top right of the site. (If this button says My Account, you are already logged in.)

If you can't remember your email address, please contact Customer Service via telephone or Live Chat and they will be happy to research your account.

Where can I find the link to access the “My Account” page?

You can access the My Account page through the Log In link at the top right of the C4CM site. Once you’re logged in, you can click on the My Account icon located at the top right of the C4CM site.

What information can be found in the “My Account” page?

On the My Account page, you can find:
Order History, Your Profile, Purchased Product Information, including live webinars, recordings,reports, on-demand webinars and e-learning, Certificates of Attendance/CEUs & Newsletter Subscription Preferences

Why do I need to set up My Account?

By setting up an account on C4CM, you are able to keep track of your purchases, update your profile, receive the event information through this page, manage your product purchases, and receive your certificates of attendance and CEUs.

What name will show up on my credit card statement for purchases made at C4CM?

Credit card charges will appear as Center for Competitive Management.

There’s a charge on my card I don’t recognize. What should I do?

Please contact our finance department via email (service@c4cm.com) and include the following information: Your name, the date of the charge, the amount of the charge, and the last four digits of your card. We will research it and get back to you within 2 business days.

Complimentary Press Access

Complimentary access to C4CM events and products is offered to eligible reporters, editors, publishers (one publisher per publication), photographers, and freelance writers. Advertising and sales representatives must register through attendee registration and pay the appropriate registration fee.

  • The publication or other media outlet must either regularly cover the relevant industry or target a general audience. Corporate newsletters, advertising media, and other closed-circulation publications are not eligible for complimentary media registration.
  • Freelancers and those affiliated with Web-based publications may be required to show clips or other documentation that the publication is a news-gathering organization and that the individual seeking credentials is a journalist.
