What if my on-demand webinar doesn’t function properly?

We apologize if you are experiencing technical difficulties. Your firewall may be blocking access to C4CM’s media server where the webinar file is hosted. Please have your IT team check to see if  streaming is being blocked.

If you are having trouble with the audio, check the volume levels on your computer, as well as on the program itself. If you are still having problems, please contact our Customer Service Department at service@c4cm.com or 877-900-C4CM (2426).
