I’m supposed to be attending a webinar today, but I don’t have my call information. What should I do?

Don’t panic! Your call information is housed in the My Account area of the site. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to My Live Webinars/Recordings. The event information is loaded in there 24 hours prior to the program start.

Alternatively, you can contact customer service on 877-900-C4CM (2426) and let them know you don’t have your information. They’ll provide you with the information verbally or via email, whichever you prefer.
