I haven’t received my recording. What should I do?

First, check the date of the event. If the event hasn’t happened yet, your recording will ship 7-10 business days after the program runs.
If the program has already been held, please contact C4CM at Service@c4cm.com or 877-900-C4CM (2426).

For mailed CDs, we will check our shipment tracking info and get back to you with what we find out.
Unfortunately, sometimes the packages just get lost in the mail. In that case, we apologize, and we’ll send you a new CD immediately.

For MP3 recordings, we will check your email address on file, and re-send. Also, you should check with your IT department to ensure that communications from C4CM are able to get through.
