I haven’t received my email to access my on-demand webinar. What should I do?

First, login to the My Account area located in the upper right corner of the C4CM website. Just log in with your username (email) and password and go to On-Demand Webinars. Click on the on-demand webinar title you’ve purchased and the access information can be found there. Also, you should check with your IT department to ensure that communications from C4CM are able to get through.
