Anita leads the national employee benefits assurance practice, including assurance services to plan sponsors. She also consults with third party administrators and plan sponsors on topics such as internal control policies and procedures, and compliance with laws and regulations. She is also responsible for coordinating and reviewing the quality of all employee benefit plan audits firm-wide.
In addition to current AICPA leadership positions, Anita has served in several important positions in the past, including: Past Chair of AICPA Employee Benefit Conference and member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plans Committee; Past Chair of the AICPA Work/Life Balance and Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee.
She is a frequent national speaker on issues of auditing and administration of plans including 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit and welfare benefit plans as well as an author - Published in professional journals including International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans, Benefits & Compensation Digest and Journal of Accountancy.

Kelly joined LarsonAllen LLP in 2002 as a Manager in LarsonAllen’s Employee Benefit Services Group. Kelly’s main focus is Employee Benefit Consulting, Compliance and Accounting Services. Kelly brings over 9 years of professional experience in the employee benefit industry, including 10 years in the public accounting profession. Prior to joining LarsonAllen LLP in 2002, Kelly was employed as a Compensation and Benefit Consultant for a large national/international public accounting firm.
Kelly has extensive experience in providing consulting services on a wide array of employee benefit issues in the areas of qualified and nonqualified ERISA employee benefit plans, in addition to compliance and disqualification issues, for both the public and private sector employers, including for-profit, tax-exempt organizations and governmental entities. Kelly also has extensive experience in benefit plan administration, documentation, compliance and reporting requirements, nonqualified deferred compensation, tax implications and in providing benefit plan accounting services, and resolution of complex benefit issues for plan sponsors of various size and industry.
